• Excellent nursing care - providing nursing care and interventions where needed. 
• Team leadership - Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN) 
• Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment. 
• A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
• Someone with the same caring workplace values and behaviours as us.
