We recognise the importance of each of our diverse support roles and understand the vital part each dedicated individual plays in ensuring our residents receive the best possible experience whilst living with us. Explore the different support roles we offer below.
Business Administrators play a vital role in the running of our homes. They are often the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly face and a listening ear when it comes to queries from family and friends. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organised, committed to supporting others and ensure the smooth delivery of activities relating to HR, payroll, finance and general administration.
Creative, enthusiastic and brimming with ideas, our Lifestyle Support (Activities Co-ordinators) deliver activities to enhance the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of the people we care for. You will plan and provide an ongoing and rewarding calendar of events, as well as individual and tailored lifestyle activities as part of the personal care plan for each resident.
Catering Assistants report to our Chefs and play a key role in the safe and efficient running of our kitchens. To make this role a success, you'll be a team player with lots of enthusiasm as you'll be involved in the preparation, cooking and serving of delicious and nutritious hot and cold meals.
Our Housekeepers play a vital role in our homes. They have a keen eye for detail, making sure all areas are clean and tidy and in line with our rigorous cleaning schedules and infection control procedures. They are committed to working as part of a team and are great at prioritising workloads and promoting high standards in everything they do.
Laundry Assistants work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality, efficient laundry service for our residents. If you choose to join our laundry team, you'll be organised and motivated, as you'll be managing laundry procedures and the required flow of laundry, using infection control procedures and reporting to management when needed.
Our talented Chefs and Cooks are highly skilled and proactive when it comes to preparing delicious and nutritious food for our service users. Not only are Chefs involved in daily preparation and directing the kitchen team, but they are involved with careful planning and costing, as well as making sure we maintain our five-star hygiene ratings. They develop and design menus according to individual resident's needs, and are always aware of complex and varied dietary requirements.
Our Maintenance Operatives provide general facilities management and undertake general maintenance tasks. They have a can-do, positive attitude as well as practical maintenance skills, alongside a desire to provide a welcoming and safe environment for our residents.
