Our Regional Managers work in partnership with Home Managers to ensure the delivery of outstanding care across a specified geographical area, guiding strategy and compliance with our regulatory bodies while also offering support for day-to-day activities.
Our Regional Support Managers work alongside our Regional Managers, supporting with specific projects and quality assurance, as well as helping with day-to-day activities. It's a busy role and one where your skills, experience and knowledge will bring real value to our organisation.
Our Home Managers motivate and inspire our teams to always strive for outstanding provision, promoting a person-centred care philosophy across our service. As well as being responsible for excellent care standards and compliance with regulatory bodies, our managers take the lead on wider areas including estates, business performance, marketing and HR with the help of our Central Support Team.
As a Deputy Manager, you’ll know what it takes to provide outstanding care and you’ll be dedicated to promoting the person-centred philosophy that makes our service so special. If you’re in one of our nursing homes, you’ll have clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or, if you’re working in a residential home, you may have non-clinical management experience in a care setting. You’ll deputise for the Home Manager, ensuring our service provision meets all regulatory standards, and is safe, caring and responsive.
