Our experienced nurses manage the floor and provide effective leadership to the care team, making sure that we deliver the highest level of care and support to residents and their families and friends.
Providing excellent nursing care and interventions when needed, nurses help the management team to achieve regulatory compliance while promoting a person-centred care philosophy across our service. As an experienced Clinical Lead, you'll share our ambitious vision to be outstanding in every way. You'll already be a Registered Nurse and happy to deputise for the Home Manager when needed. Our Clinical Leads are responsible for proactively managing our care and nursing teams, overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, to deliver the very highest levels of care and support and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Our NHS Liaison Nurses work collaboratively with partner organisations and services, making sure our residents receive the very best care along every step of the way.
Our Clinical Care Practitioners work closely with our nursing team to support on clinical care including dispensing medication and delivering individualised, detailed care plans. Clinical Care Practitioners are responsible for supporting residents and supervising the care team, taking time to ensure the people we care for to have a good quality of life, dignity and respect.
You'll have experience of supervising and managing a team in a care setting or similar, and you'll also have a Level 3 or equivalent Health and Social Care qualification (or show commitment to undertake further training).
